Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend an order before it has been shipped then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel for you.

We do package and send items throughout the day and once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it. You will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then follow our Returns Policy for a refund. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.

 

Where do you post to?

We currently post to the UK only.

 

Do you offer express delivery?

We offer express shipping for orders placed by 3pm at a cost of £5.95 available at checkout

Standard shipping cost is £1.99 for orders up to £30 and

Free shipping for orders over £30.

Received a wrong or faulty item?

We’re really sorry that there’s a fault with your item. Please contact customer service with a picture of the fault so we can work quickly to rectify the issue.

 

Why has my order been cancelled?

We’re really sorry that your order with us has been cancelled. This will have happened because the item you have ordered is out of stock on our website, or because your payment method has failed.  There maybe occasions when an item is out of stock before we have had chance to update our stock levels on the website.

If your order has been cancelled then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. A full refund will be provided if payment has been taken. 

 

I think something is missing from my delivery?

Inside your parcel you should find your delivery note or invoice, which should list all the items that are included in your parcel. If an item is listed on the packing slip that isn’t in your order, please contact customer service.

 

Where is my order?

Please check if the driver has left a calling card at your address as they might have left your order with a neighbour if you weren't in at the time when the driver attempted to deliver. 

If you haven’t received your parcel after 5 working days please send us a message and we will respond as soon as possible.

 

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 14 days from receipt of item to return your order to us.

How do I return my order?

If you no longer wish to keep your items you will have 14 days from the date of receiving your items to return your items back to us for a full refund.  Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item, complete the returns form on your delivery note and enclose it with your parcel.

You can return your item subject to the following:

  1. The item being returned must be unused, not damaged and in a saleable condition
  2. The item must be returned in original packaging
  3. The item must be returned to us within 14 working days of purchase
  4. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, SFX makeup, face paint, teeth, fangs, eye accessories, tights, mankinis and underwear must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place (if tamper seals are provided).

We recommend using a traceable service offering proof of delivery such as Royal Mail Signed for . We cannot be held responsible if anything is lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returning your item.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase and are processed as soon as possible.  Please note your bank/credit card provider can take up to five working days to credit your account after we have notified them of a refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

 

Do I have to pay for return delivery?

We require customers to pay for return delivery costs for non-faulty items. 

 

Do you have stores I can visit or can I collect my item?

Manchester Fancy Dress is an online only retailer based in Warrington (WA3) and does not have any stores.
